INTRODUCTION & COMPANY INFORMATION
Welcome to “VITALITY HUB” (the “Platform” ), an e-commerce platform operated by VITALITY HUB. References in these Terms to “VITALITY HUB,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to VITALITY HUB. Our registered office is located at 7/11, Vishwasunder Chambers, Nigdi, Pune – 411044, India.
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. It is published in accordance with Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.
This document governs your access and use of our mobile application (“VITALITY HUB App”), our website [www.thevitalityhub.in] , and all related services, products, devices, and content (collectively, the “Services” ).
AGREEMENT TO TERMS
User Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ( “you,” “user,” or “client” ) and VITALITY HUB. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Services.
IMPORTANT: OUR SERVICES DO NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. ALWAYS CONSULT WITH A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE STARTING ANY NEW DIET, EXERCISE, OR WELLNESS PROGRAM.
Changes to Terms: We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Services after the “Last updated” date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Geographic Restrictions: We do not represent that our Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Those who access the Services from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in paid coaching services.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (a “Minor”), you may use our Services only with the active supervision and prior consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. The parent/guardian is fully responsible for the Minor’s use of the Services.
If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use the Services.
By using the Services, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we discover you do not meet these eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER: THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY VITALITY HUB, INCLUDING COACHING, NUTRITION PLANS, AND THE MEDICAL REPORT SUMMARY, ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES DOES NOT CREATE A DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND VITALITY HUB OR ANY OF ITS COACHES. In consideration of being allowed to participate in our coaching services, you understand and agree that:
Individual Results Vary: VITALITY HUB does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using our Services.
Assumption of Risk: You understand that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury or death. You voluntarily assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained from your participation.
Medical Clearance: You certify that you are physically sound and suffer from no condition that would prevent your participation. You acknowledge that we have recommended you obtain a physician’s approval before beginning any program.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have no food allergies or intolerances to ingredients used in our recipes.
MEDICAL DISCLOSURES & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
GLP-1 and Drug Disclosure:
Clients must inform VITALITY HUB in advance if they have ever used or are currently using GLP鈥�1 receptor agonists (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy), anabolic steroids, hormone replacement therapies, or similar performance-enhancing substances. Failure to disclose such use may result in immediate cancellation of your plan without refund.
Mandatory Blood Test:
Clients must book and complete a blood test through the 鈥淏ook Lab Test鈥� feature on the app before commencing any fitness and nutrition plan. The report must be dated within three months prior to the plan start date. Reports from external labs will not be accepted to ensure data consistency. If you fail to complete the required blood test through our “Book Lab Test” feature prior to your plan start date, your coaching plan will be paused, and you will not be eligible for any refund for the period of delay. You acknowledge that the analysis of this data is performed as an informational organizational tool only and does not constitute medical advice.
MENTAL WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
Our coaching services, including Mindfulness Coaching, are not therapy. They do not substitute for therapy and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease as defined by the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017.
The relationship between you and any coach is that of a service provider and client, not a licensed healthcare professional and patient. If you are under the care of a mental health professional, we recommend you inform them of your use of this coaching.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
VITALITY HUB and the “VITALITY HUB” logo are registered trademarks.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the “Knowledge Library” books, is our proprietary property or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without our express written permission.
USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit is true, accurate, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information.
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
USER REGISTRATION
You may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim any username we deem inappropriate.
ENVVIROCOINS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
EnvCoins are a loyalty reward, have no cash value, and are not a substitute for real currency.
Earning EnviroCoins:
Section A: EnviroCoins & Gamification (The Reward System)
Nature of EnviroCoins
EnviroCoins are “In-App Wellness Credits” designed solely to incentivize healthy lifestyle choices and engagement with the Vitality Hub ecosystem.
Non-Monetary Value: EnviroCoins have no independent cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for legal tender (currency) outside of the Vitality Hub Web App.
Earning Mechanism: Coins are awarded based on user-reported activities (e.g., completing a “Neurocycle,” reading a manuscript, or wellness tracking). The Company reserves the right to audit or adjust coin balances if fraudulent activity or “cheating” the tracking system is detected.
Expiration: The Company reserves the right to set expiration dates on EnviroCoins or modify the rewards catalog at its discretion with 30 days’ notice via the app.
Redemption of Rewards
EnviroCoins may be redeemed for discounts on proprietary books, digital services, or curated organic products within the web app.
No Investment Advice: The distribution of EnviroCoins is a loyalty program and does not constitute a “Digital Asset Investment,” “Cryptocurrency,” or “Securities Offer.”
Section B: Organic Products & E-Commerce (The Store)
Product Representations
Vitality Hub curates a list of over 1,000 herbal and chemical-free products.
“As-Is” Basis: All products are sold or referred on an “as-is” basis. While we strive to source the highest quality organic items, Vitality Hub does not manufacture all items and relies on the representations made by third-party organic suppliers.
Allergy Warning: Users are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists for personal allergens. If you have a known sensitivity, consult a professional before use.
No Therapeutic Claims
In accordance with government regulations (such as FSSAI or AYUSH guidelines):
Products are intended to support general wellness and environmental health.
No Claim to Cure: No product sold on this platform is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any specific disease or medical condition.
Section C: The “Knowledge-to-Commerce” (K2C) Link
Independent Decision Making
The transition from reading a manuscript (Knowledge) to purchasing a suggested product (Commerce) is a voluntary choice made by the user.
Educational Context: Product suggestions within the Knowledge Section are examples of lifestyle integration and do not constitute a medical prescription.
Feedback & Community Interaction
If the web app allows for “Community Sharing” or “Success Stories”:
User Content: Any health improvements shared by users are “Anecdotal Evidence” and do not represent a scientific guarantee of results for other users.
VITALITY HUB SHOP TERMS
Products are for end-consumers only (not for resale).
Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude delivery charges unless stated otherwise.
Title to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, but risk of loss passes upon delivery to your submitted address.
Third-Party Products: We do not warrant the quality or fitness of products manufactured by third parties and will not be liable for any defects or issues arising from their use.
FEES AND PAYMENT
We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Mobile Wallets, UPI, and PayPal.
You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect. GST will be added as required. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after payment has been requested or received.
Accountability Group Subscription: This subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refund Policy for Coaching Packages:

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals:
If you purchase a Service on a subscription basis (e.g., “Accountability Group Subscription”), the following terms apply in addition to the package terms above:
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions in your account settings or contact support.
Refunds for Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription fees are governed by the package terms above (e.g., the 30-day refund policy). However, if you cancel your subscription mid-term, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the then-current billing period, and no pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period. You authorize us to charge the then-current subscription fee using the payment method on file. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period.
One-Time Courtesy:
The 30-day refund policy is a one-time courtesy per user. If you have previously received a refund for any VITALITY HUB package, you are not eligible for any future refunds, regardless of the package purchased.
E-Commerce (Shop) Returns:
For products purchased from the VITALITY HUB Shop, you may request an exchange/replacement for damaged or incorrect items within 7 working days of receipt. Products must be in original condition with packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
Coach Changes:
If unsatisfied, you may request a coach change to another coach in the same tier. Processing may take up to 6 business days at our discretion.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND CONDUCT GUIDELINES
You agree not to use the Services to:
Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Impersonate another user.
Upload viruses or malicious code.
Scrape or data-mine the Platform.
Engage in any commercial endeavors without our approval.
ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Anyone found in violation will be immediately banned from the community and have their account terminated. This includes:
Repeated unwanted contact.
Trolling, bullying, or hate speech.
Threats of violence.
Posting content that is racist, sexist, or otherwise discriminatory.
USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS & PUBLIC FORUM
The Platform may contain public forums (e.g., VITALITY HUB Groups, Q&A). Any information you share in these areas is public. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and the consequences of posting them.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor these forums and remove any content we deem objectionable.
CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By posting or submitting any User Contribution (including text, photos, recipes, or food database entries), you grant VITALITY HUB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Contribution in any media formats and through any media channels for any purpose related to our business, including but not limited to marketing, promotion, and improving our Services.
This license continues even if you stop using our Services.
You retain full ownership of your Contributions.
FOOD DATABASE AND DISCLAIMER
The Food Database contains information entered by users. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION IN THE FOOD DATABASE. You rely on it at your own risk.
GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Reviews must be based on firsthand experience and must not contain offensive language, false statements, or discriminatory references. We reserve the right to reject or remove any review in our sole discretion.
MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mobile app on devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the app.
Apple/Android Terms:
The terms of Apple App Store and Google Play Store apply to downloads from those platforms. The App Distributors have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
SOCIAL MEDIA
You may link your account with third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Facebook). We may access certain information from these accounts as permitted by your privacy settings. Your relationship with those third parties is governed by their terms, not ours.
SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information you submit to us regarding the Services (“Submissions”) is voluntary and non-confidential. By submitting Submissions, you grant VITALITY HUB a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display such Submissions for any purpose related to our business without any compensation or obligation to you. You retain full ownership of your Submissions.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Your interactions with them are solely between you and the third party.
WEBSITE/MOBILE APPLICATION MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, and manage the Services to protect our rights and property.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it at: [Link to your Privacy Policy] .
Data Transfer: By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in India and the EU, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify our Grievance Officer (see Section 39). We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services.
Termination for Cause: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms (including, but not limited to, violating the Community Standards or Anti-Harassment Policy).
Termination by Us: For reasons other than your breach, we may choose to discontinue your access to the Services. If we do so for a paid Service where you are not in breach, we will provide you with reasonable written notice and a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription or package.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You are prohibited from creating a new account under a false or different name after termination.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or interruption.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION
Informal Resolution: If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at grievance@vitalityhub.in to attempt to resolve it informally for 30 days.
Binding Arbitration:
If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Arbitrator: The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator. The parties shall endeavor to mutually agree on the appointment of the arbitrator within 30 days of a request for arbitration being made by either party. If the parties are unable to agree on a sole arbitrator within this period, either party may request the appointment of an arbitrator by [Option A: the Bombay High Court] [Option B: a mutually agreed upon independent arbitration center, such as the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA)].
Seat of Arbitration: Pune, Maharashtra.
Language: English.
Confidentiality: The existence and content of the arbitration shall be confidential.
Class Action Waiver:
YOU AND VITALITY HUB AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Exceptions to Arbitration: Disputes related to intellectual property theft or claims for injunctive relief may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pune.
Statute of Limitations:
Any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
CORRECTIONS
There may be typographical errors or inaccuracies on the Platform. We reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VITALITY HUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO VITALITY HUB DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR INR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
INDEMNIFICATION
Assumption of Risk
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Knowledge Section, services, and products provided by Vitality Hub Private Limited (the “Company”) is at your sole risk. You understand that the Founder, Haresh Jagwani, is a researcher and author, not a licensed medical professional, and that the content provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vitality Hub Private Limited, its Founder, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:
Your use of and access to the Web Application;
Your reliance on any information or “Knowledge” shared within the platform;
Your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions;
Any physical, mental, or emotional condition you allege was caused or aggravated by the implementation of lifestyle suggestions or the use of products discussed on the platform.
Release of Claims
By clicking “I Agree” and accessing our services, you hereby forever release and discharge the Company and its Founder from any and all causes of action, suits, or demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which you ever had, now have, or may have in the future against the Company arising out of your participation in our wellness programs or use of our proprietary research.
No Medical Warranties
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or “scientific absolute” of the information provided. No results are guaranteed. You are solely responsible for consulting with a qualified medical professional before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle, or health regimen based on the content of this Web Application.
USER DATA
We maintain data backups, but you are solely responsible for your data. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time.
